US Ski Team racer Bryon Friedman has
spent the last 10 years in hotels, ski lifts
and café’s. “Matchstick Memories” was
recorded in Ojai, CA where the band lived
in a yurt high above the legendary surf
spot Rincon. There the band settled in for
two weeks of music making. The result is
an inspired and honest recording.
