Ordering and return policies:
All returns must be pre-approved within 7 days from date
of receipt and accompanied by a Racing Development
provided return authorization number. Products must be in
brand new condition, in original, undamaged packaging with
all tags attached. Be sure to include copy of the original
receipt. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and we advise fully insuring all returns. Returns not
meeting all these requirements are subject to refusal and/or
a 20% restocking charge.
Shipping and handling:
Most orders of in-stock items ship within 2 business days
of receipt. All domestic orders are shipped FedEx Ground
depending on destination. For either next day or 2nd day
delivery, order must be completed before 11:00 am
Mountain Standard Time. Orders placed after will generally
ship the following business day. Contact us for international

Racing Development Price-Matching Policy:
Any USA-based competitive catalog that you request we
price match must produce a widely distributed printed mail-order catalog that includes the exact product to be price
matched. Contact us at Racing Development or our website
for further details!
Product availability and substitutions:
Due to the limited availability, exclusivity and varied delivery
patterns of our product suppliers, please order early! We
will notify you of any unanticipated delays over 30 days.
Back orders will ship separately and we will only bill your
credit card at time of shipment and will notify via email.
We may on rare occasion find it necessary to make a substitution. If you are not happy with the substitution return it
for a full refund or credit.
Loss, damages, transit claims:
Racing Development, Inc. will not be responsible for any
packages lost, damaged or delayed in transit. We ship only
new, unused products in undamaged packaging. Be sure
to inspect all products and packaging immediately upon its
receipt. If you receive an opened, damaged or crushed parcel
you must bring it to the courier’s attention immediately as
failure to do so may reduce the chances for a successful
claim with the shipping company.
Sale, clearance and closeout products:
Sale, clearance and closeout pricing is non-negotiable and
cannot be applied to previously purchased merchandise.
All sale, clearance and closeout sales are final.
Catalog errors:
Due to changing fluctuations with logistical costs, currency
exchange rates, or the occasional typographical mistake in
print or on the web, prices are subject to change without
prior notice.
International sales:
SRD Merchandise can be shipped to just about any country.
All prices are listed in USD$. Customer is responsible for all
import duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs clearance fees on orders leaving the United States. Please obtain
a shipping rate quote prior to or at the time of placing your

catalog production we have digitally modified the image to
give you an approximate example of actual color. Please call

Incorrect size:
When returning a product in exchange for a different size
we will cover Ground shipping charges for the replacement.
Return shipping charges for the incorrectly sized products
are purchaser’s responsibility. If you require a service
other than Ground, these shipping charges will become
purchaser’s responsibility. Sizing charts can be found online
at our website.
