2010, 2009 and 2007 Winter X Games gold in
mono-ski cross.
Outlook: “Last season I had quite a bit of difficul-
ty; my ski equipment wasn’t working well for me
and I was just struggling to dial it in all year and it
never ended up working for me,” says Walker. “I
didn’t have the best results, but I did manage to
win the X Games. This year, I have a much better
mono-ski made by a company called Hands On
Concepts. I think my skiing abilities will be right
back up to where they used to be.”

Résumé: 2010 Paralympic Team; 2010 World
Cup sixth in downhill overall, 2010 fifth in downhill
at World Cup Finals; 2010 U.S. Championships
overall champion and slalom champion.
Outlook: “Looking back to the 2010 season, I
smile because I can see that I am still growing as
a ski racer and as a man,” says Green. “I had awe-
some World Cup results and won the U.S. Overall
Championship title. Looking forward to 2011, I am
excited to get on my speed skis because my girl-
friend has been waxing my long boards at least
two times a week; she is the best!”
