Starry-
thighed
surprise
In case you didn’t notice, the women
of the U.S. Ski Team busted out
some special speed suits for the
World Championships. “We got together and designed the suit, it was
Wonder Woman-inspired,” said Julia
Mancuso while modeling the suit.
“The biggest thing was lots of stars;
the girls on the U.S. team like stars.”
Bellies for a bumper
The FIS World Championship dual moguls event in Deer Valley attracted
a crowd of more than 6,000 people on Saturday night. Thankful
for the warm weather were members of the Jeremy Cota fan club,
their midsections painted for the reigning dual moguls U.S. national
champion. Cota advanced to the World Championship finals before
being knocked out by Japan’s Nobuyuki Nishi.
