Yeah, for the last few weeks, Laurenne Ross’s World Cup racing has been
on the money. But this particular moment above at Are, Sweden, was just
plain funny. Despite the mid-course spread eagle, she made it down to a
scoring result in 29th. The facial expression really makes it.

Lindsey Vonn has to get her three new
discipline globes home somehow. After
pulling in her 12th crystal trophy, Vonn
was asked how she gets those things
back to Vail. “They’re actually really
hard to take home; it’s a process really,”
said Vonn, laughing. “I just basically
wrap them in towels and stick them in a
backpack.”
